Cynthia “Cyndi” Riddell is licensed to practice law in Florida. She holds a Bachelors Degree in History from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Cyndi’s practice areas include bankruptcy, real estate, short sales and foreclosure defense. She is admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. She has published articles relative to bankruptcy cram down, deficiency judgments in Florida and securitization of Mortgage Backed Securities.
Cyndi is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bankruptcy Institute, Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, a Board Member of the Sarasota Country Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and a member of the Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court. Cyndi grew up in Sarasota.
