since 1968. The firm has grown with the community and now includes 
12 lawyers and a support staff of 15.

Jones, Krotec & Westheimer, P.A. has become thoroughly diversified.
A law firm of necessity requires a broad spectrum of legal concepts. Accordingly,
each attorney is involved in continuing legal education in an effort to
maintain a diversity of knowledge with concentrated expertise in specific
areas of law. Many of its attorneys are board-certified in a field of
expertise by the Florida Bar Association.
Syprett, Meshad, Resnick, Lieb, Dumbaugh, Jones, Krotec & Westheimer,
P.A. also offers a full range of legal services, including personal injury,
real estate, criminal, family, commercial and corporate law, as well as
preparation and trust and estate planning. The firm is noted for having
an excellent litigation department, offering commercial, constitutional,
banking, construction and personal injury law for both plaintiff and defendant.
Several of the attorneys are board-certified in real property law, with
emphasis on land use zoning, planning, development and finance.
While the practice encompasses business transactions throughout the entire
Southeastern United States, most of its practice deals with the state
of Florida, with particular emphasis in the Sarasota metropolitan area.
The firm is active in the community and has a sincere interest in the
